Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology is a branch of psychology focused on applying psychological principles to workplace seetings. It encompasses both Industrial Psychology, which aims to enhance workforce performance through job analysis, employee selection, and training and Organizatoin Psychology, which emphasizes improving employee well-being and optimizing organizational dynamics.
